Within 14 days of purchase you can request a full refund, no reason needed. Refunds go back to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Accounts terminated for breaching the Terms of Service are not eligible for a refund.
Because payments are processed by a third-party provider acting as merchant of record, you may also submit your refund request directly to them.
