1. What the service is

AxoVPN is a browser extension that routes your browser traffic through our own servers. It covers browser traffic only; other applications on your device continue to use your normal connection.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for:

• Spam or bulk unsolicited email
• Copyright infringement or unauthorised file sharing
• Network attacks, port scanning, or unauthorised access attempts
• Any activity that is illegal where you are located

Breaking these rules results in account termination without refund.

3. Fair use

Plans are intended for personal use. Accounts exceeding 400 GB in a calendar month may have their connection speed reduced for the remainder of that month. The connection is not cut off.

4. Account and billing

Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

5. Availability

The service is not offered in every country. Sign-ups from restricted regions are declined.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
